I've got your back on this query about turning off the Online Bill Pay feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you no longer wish to use this feature, you can cancel your Online Bill Pay subscription. Be advised, ensure you don't have any pending transactions before you proceed.
Follow the steps below:
- Click the + New menu.
- Select Pay Bills Online.
- Tap the Gear icon on the Pay Bills Online page.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
- Choose your cancelation reason.
- Hit Cancel now.
- You'll receive an email once the cancelation is complete.
On the other hand, if you only need to turn off this option to some of your vendors, then you can proceed with recording your bill payments via the regular process.
Here's how:
- Go to the + New menu.
- Select Pay bills.
