QuickBooks Online allows you assign classes to transactions for easy reporting. However, putting classes to accounts in your Chart of Accounts is currently not possible.

Hi. Thanks. Yea I track classes just fine with other transactions. Some of my Amazon transactions from commerce go to my amazon class, but others do not. It’s weird.
It’s weird. Some of my Amazon transactions from commerce go to my Amazon class, but others do not. Wish there was a way to assign a class to an account. This way I can just say for amazon expense they are grouped to this class. My other transactions pick up just fine to their classes.
