When QB forced us to use the new invoice software it took away our ability to use the keyboard to toggle up and down line items. Certainly they wouldn't TAKE AWAY a feature from the old version that was so important? Not being able to use the up/down arrows on our keyboard has doubled the time it takes to do invoicing by forcing us to click each square with the mouse. Can we go back to the old version that had this feature? It's hard to believe QB would overlook such an important feature to use keyboard to navigate line items and call it an improvement. So disappointed.

I can see how beneficial this is for you and your business. I recommend submitting feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this feature back in. Here's how:

Absolutely ridiculous answer. QB FORCED us to use "new" invoice software that TAKES away features that the "old" software had and you want us to give feedback? We have done this weeks ago. QB does not care. Why would you take away our ability to easily go up and down line items with our keyboard? This is ridiculous and quite frankly QB rolled out a majorly flawed software and we just want the old version back. Im sure many others are having the same issue.
Wanted to say for the record that we have called intuit, we have written 5 feedbacks over months, and we have written this post. Quickbooks does not seem to care about us or the countless others suffering from this forced roll out of an incomplete invoice software. If you see this message and are suffering as well please upvote this post so maybe it gets someones attention that cares about us customers.
Update: Quickbooks still has not addressed this issue. If you miss being able to navigate line items with your keyboard as much as we do please make your voice heard here. Sad how little QB cares about loyal customers

As yet another update after over a month.. WE STILL CANNOT USE KEYBOARD to toggle line items like in OLD TEMPLATE we were FORCED to change. QB has lost our patience and quite frankly should be ashamed of how terrible they treat their customers. I suggest searching for a new invoice company because QB has shown us we are not important to them.
