I am facing a problem with this account, since we have two employee receiving the funds from customers and making receipts through quickbook app (mobile app), this amounts directly book under undeposited funds and its suppose to go to each employee cash account till they submit the amount to the accountant, plus some of this funds we use to purchase materials need for our projects, however, we do reconcilied employee cash account in weekly basis.
And make the receipts account by default makes it tiring to search for the amounts received and change them to the correct account of the employee. Is there an easier way to avoid making this a default when entering a receipts? So that the recipient account can be selected from it?
Plus sometimes, we received from cuatomer dirct-payment as we called in Bahrain (Benefit-pay) - (transfer to bank account) its also record under undeposited funds. This issue make alot of work instead of helping us to make everything in easy!?
