Buy now & saveHello! I'm pretty new into QBO and am a bit lost. I want to know how I can upload accounts payable and receivable invoices in QBO? Screenshots or bulleted steps of the process would be veryyy appreciated! Thank you!
What kind of data format do you have? Excel, PDF, or else?
It would be interchanging PDF and Excel
It would be interchanging PDFs and Excel files.
For Excel, you can use an importer tool

For bills in PDF, you can signup for a free Melio account to sync with QBO.

I'll guide you on how you can upload your transactions, Junariez.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) lets you import invoices by batch. Please know, that you can only import a maximum of 100 invoices at a time with a 1,000-row limit per spreadsheet. I've outlined the process below to show you how:
For multiple invoices:
1. If you have already the spreadsheet, go to the Gear icon and select Import data.
2. Select Invoices.
3. (Optional) Select the checkbox to add new customers that don't already exist in QuickBooks.
4. Select Browse and then find and select the spreadsheet of your invoices. If you have new imported customers without setting its proper currency, QuickBooks assumes the currency is USD. If you have multicurrency turned on, you can import invoices in foreign currencies.
5. Click Next.
Once done, map your import fields to ensure the spreadsheet's column headers match with the invoice field. Here's how:
1. Map the column headers with invoice fields in QuickBooks. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
2. Select Not applicable for any fields not in your spreadsheet. Note: QuickBooks populates with a generic item called "sales" for missing products and services.
3. Choose the date format you used, like DD/MM/YYYY.
4. Click Next.
After that, you can now import the invoices. On the other hand, importing bills is unavailable at the moment. As a workaround, you can search for a third-party application that can import your bills. Ensure to type in the correct keyword for the application to show up. I've added a screenshot for a visual guide:
