Hello there, @melliott.
Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing details on how and what access can perform for the reports-only user in QuickBooks.
All reports are visible to a reports-only user, with the exception of those that display payroll or contact information. These users have no access to the audit log, but they can generate custom reports and add report groups, but they can't see the entries' specific information. However, they are unable to drill down on each sum to identify which transactions account for the totals on the reports.
Meanwhile, you can customize the report so you're able to filter the page to show what transaction type is associated with the specific amount. I attached a screenshot below for visual reference.
On the Management reports page, you can also see and select from a list of reports. You can then print a preview to see all of the transactions in detail.
You may refer to this article to view details on how you can remove or delete a user in QuickBooks: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist you with managing your users in QBO. Take good care of yourself and have a lovely day!
