Thanks for reaching out to us, Carie.
I'll share some information about integrating Vagaro into QuickBooks Online.
The QuickBooks integration enables you to export data from the Vagaro Transaction List to your QuickBooks Online account. The transactions will be added either as an Invoice or Payments. To see the data exported from Vagaro, you can go to the Sales menu and then select the All Sales tab.
Additionally, all service, product, and package sales are created as separate items in QuickBooks Online. If you want to make changes to the details, click on the blue Edit button. This allows you to modify some aspects of the transaction.
Also, since the payment will be made directly from the Vagaro Payments account, it'll never be posted to Undeposited Funds. If you link your bank account in QuickBooks Online, you should tell QuickBooks that the bank deposit is a transfer from the Vagaro Payment account. This eliminates the possibility of double revenue.
Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu.
- Select the transactions from the For Review tab.
- Click the Record as transfer.
- Choose the Vagaro Payment account under the Transferred from field.
- Hit Add.
I'm also adding this article for your reference to ensure your bank transactions are posted in the correct accounts: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
You're always welcome to post again if you encounter some problem with the integration. We're here to help you out.
