You should be able to access your QBO account anywhere in the world as long as you have a reliable internet connection and the country you are visiting is not restricted by Intuit.
This is the issue, it has been restricted to Indian customers, however we are a US customer and should have the flexibility to access our account anywhere in the world.
I understand the frustration this may have caused you, @RJ639. As a US customer, it's essential to have the flexibility to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account from anywhere in the world.
However, as of April 30, 2023, QBO will no longer be available in India. With the discontinuation of QuickBooks Online India, this has become a challenge.

If you already have a QBO US account, you should be able to access it without a VPN. For a new account, You can ask a ProAdvisor for help to signup for a QBO Global account with a dummy address or use QB Desktop US version.
