We are trying to fix payroll issues by having QBO customer service help us. Has anyone run into a problem with the CS understanding the issues and or language you use?

I've been dealing with them since January 3, 2022. They are not fixing several of the issues I have. Is there a level of CS I need to get to?

I understand what you've been through, @walter-morley-pr. This isn't the kind of experience I'd like you to have with our Customer Service. I also sometimes need assistance from someone if I'm experiencing difficulties. Don't worry I'm here to help you with your payroll issues.

 

Know that we make efforts to provide complete customer satisfaction and respond to your complaint as quickly as possible. May I request further details regarding your problem with payroll? I would appreciate any additional information for me to deliver an appropriate solution.

My case is escalated and I can't get anyone to get back to me. I have been on hold while "I check resources" ie I can't talk to the person who is handling my changes which can only be done by tech department--wny that is I don't know--just health insurance and IRA issue in set sup. UNREAL. So awful. Not clerks fault.

Complete nightmare. On hold forever and not even for the payroll department that is making changes on the backend via a pdf I supplied them with.
