I'm here to share the steps on how view deleted transactions, @vipul-exactitsol

You can find deleted transactions by going to the Audit Log. From there, you can recover the deleted transaction so you can re-enter it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Audit Log.
  2. Look for the deleted transaction and click View.
  3. Click the arrow on when it was created and deleted.
  4. Take note of the transaction details.
  5. Recreate the transaction manually by clicking the New (+) icon.

I've also got a couple of articles that will help you in finding transactions:

Once done, you can refer to these articles on how to process payments and make deposits in QuickBooks:

Thanks for reaching out to us through the QuickBooks Community, @vipul-exactitsol.

We want to make sure you're able to log your payment properly in QuickBooks. While QuickBooks is only a receiver of the info from your API, you still need to work with them with the modifications made to your payments.

We can only help you record your payment manually, in case they will not forward it again. Here's how to record payment for a single invoice:

  1. Select + New.
  2. Click on Receive payment.
  3. From the Customer dropdown, select the name of the customer.
  4. From the Payment method dropdown, select the payment method.
  5. From the Deposit to dropdown, select the account you put the payment into. Tip: You can put the money directly into an account, like your checking account, or select Undeposited Funds if you need to group the payment with others.
  6. In the Outstanding Transactions section, select the checkbox for the invoice you're recording the payment for.
  7. Enter the Reference no. and Memo if needed. This is optional.
  8. When you're done, select Save and close.

If you need further assistance with this topic, post here again anytime. I'll be right here to help you out.

To clear the confusion, I want to tell one thing:

We are accepting payment in QBO and after that we read payment from QBO and record it in other personnel server. That flow working fine.

But the main issue comes after that, Suppose someone delete the payment from QBO, In payment api we don't get any update or able to read deleted payment information.

Any idea or suggestion will be helpful.
