Before anything else, ensure that the QuickBooks Online (QBO) account linked to your third-party connector is correct. This will help us to determine the reason why the issue persists, as we're considering the possibility of other QBO accounts that you may have. These accounts might have been mistakenly integrated into the third-party app instead of the QBO account that you are trying to connect.
It is also best to reach out to QuickBooks Online Support to help you as well in verifying the integration of the program into your QBO account.
More so, please know that QBO depends on the data sent by your third-party connector. With this, I'd suggest contacting them again to verify how and when they'll send the sales receipts.
