We have Square and Door Dash, but they are not automatically entered. I have to do it manually. What would the journal entry look like?

This would be in regards to Door Dash and Square. I have a journal entry that I do, but I'm thinking it's not correct. If anyone could show me an example that would be great.

You should register your transactions as Sales Receipts. Utilize an importer tool if required.

I was always told to enter it as a journal entry by the accountant.
