Let's find out why there have been changes in your reports and I'm here to ensure that this will be taken care of, Steve8521.
But before we start, can you specify what changes you've noticed with your reports?
Furthermore, let's use the audit log to check if there are other users who attempt to make any changes in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Click the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
- Select Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Select Apply.
Please take note that you'll need to sign in as an admin to access the audit log. You can also ask your master admin to check it for you.
If you don't see any changes using the audit log, let's check if the changes that you see is caused by your browser. To isolate this issue, let's try logging into your QBO account using a private browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
If it works, clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process of the QBO website and for the system to start fresh. You can also use a different browser if you want.
Keep me posted if you're still able to see changes in your reports. Please know I'm only a few clicks away if you need further assistance. Have a good day!
