What category do put bank fees?

God day, @diane46.

 

If this is business-related, you can track the bank fees as Commission and fees

 

However, if the transactions are downloaded and not business-related, you can categorize this as personal. 

 

But if the bank is not connected, you don't need to track those bank fees in QuickBooks Online Self Employed because we can only track the business income and expenses. 

 

I highly suggest consulting an accountant to ensure that your estimated taxes are accurate and for accounting advice also.
