What do I categorize money that I transfer out of my business account into personal account

You'll want to categorize the transaction as Transfer in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Let me show you how.

In your QBSE:

1. Go to the Transactions menu.
2. Locate the transaction you want to categorize.
3. Swipe left for Business under the TYPE column.
4. Select Transfer under the CATEGORY column.
5. Once done, click Save.
