What does it take to get this fixed? The reminder list does not update after you use it to create an invoice.

If you don't hit refresh after you create an invoice from a reminder list, you will end up double billing!  The client doesn't get removed automatically like they did years back.  I reported it years ago when the problem started, and multiple times...still no resolution!  Amazing how QB can keep adding all these fancy features and raising their prices every year but can't get this simple but troublesome glitch fixed.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Reminder List update feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I can see the importance of this option on your businesses. We'd appreciate if you can send a new request about this feature and you can encourage other users to vote on your request to be added to their priority list.

 

Since I have a direct access to our product engineers, I would also want to personally submit this product enhancement request to hopefully gain this functionality in the future.
