Join nowWhat transactions do you mean? Bank or else?
I'll share some information on why transactions are missing after migrating to QBO. Also, I'll guide you on how you can fix it.
You may notice some differences in how the data appears when you migrate data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. Some of the transactions don't move to QBO completely. Among these are:
• Subtotals don't move but are included in the Description field.
• Progress Invoices (invoices based on estimates) and their extra fields don't move.
• Other and Other Customer custom fields don't move.
• Recurring payment transactions.
To know more details about it, check out this article: Learn how features and data move from QBDT to QBO. Since there are invoices not uploaded upon migrating into QBO, we can manually import multiple invoices. This way, you can get back into business with all the transactions you want to reflect from your account. You can download a sample file found in the product or create your spreadsheet.
To get the sample file, go to the Gear icon on the top menu and click Import data. Then, choose the Invoices and Download sample csv. Your spreadsheet should be .csv format and have the following columns:
Once done, proceed to Step 2 until Step 4 in this article to finish the process: Import multiple invoices at once in QuickBooks Online. Additionally, QBO offers templates for recurring transactions, including invoices and checks, so you won't have to enter them manually at a scheduled time.
I've always got your back should you need assistance when doing tasks QBO such as running invoices and financial reports. Drop your reply anytime and I'll get back to you. Take care always.
