You can look up building assembly tutorials on Youtube. Meanwhile, you can create and send purchase orders. This transaction helps you enter specific items you want to buy and the quantity.

QB Online doesn't offer any assembly feature. You need to have a 3rd party app to integrate with it. Otherwise, consider using QB Desktop Premier or Enterprise instead. You can still purchase the one time license for QB Desktop 2021 Premier edition and setup a private cloud if required.
