When converting to Quickbooks Online from Quickbooks Desktop my existing estimates lost there connection to existing progress invoices. How can I repair this?

I understand that you need to maintain the connection between the estimates and the progress invoices.

 

Please note that there are limitations when you convert your data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. Though your estimates in QuickBooks Desktop will convert to QuickBooks Online, it won't be linked to the invoices you created in Desktop. You may check this article for more details: 

The best option I can suggest is to recreate the progress invoices. You'll want to delete them and convert the estimates again. Here's the link for your reference: Set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Online.
