QuickBooks depends on the transactions shared by Expensify, lyl.

It's possible that class tracking in your settings is not turned on.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account & Settings.
  3. Choose Advanced tab.
  4. In the Categories section, click on the pencil icon.
  5. Check the Track classes box.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Done.

I also recommend contacting Expensify Support to verify your mapping transaction.

If you have other questions. I'm always around.

Hi Glinette,

Thanks for the help.

Is there a contact number where I can call you or any from QB support team?
I did just what you instructed but I'm still having a problem.
If you can contact me via email with your contact details pls.

Thanks!

Thank you for the response, @lyl!

Let me walk you through the steps and help you get in touch with our Customer Care Support.

First, Expensify is a third party app integrated with QuickBooks Online. Thus said, I'd recommend contacting their support with regards to the mapping of your transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home
  2. Enter Expensify in the Search address.
  3. Select Expensify.
  4. Choose Contact under the App information tab.

This way, you'll be connected to their support and be able to investigate further why your expense transactions don't have class categorizations.

Lastly, if you need further assistance with QuickBooks Online, here's how you can contact our support.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter Expensify Transactions in the How can we help? field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

In addition, I've included our detailed guide in contacting our support.

Let me know in the comment section below if you have any other questions about QuickBooks Online. I'll be always around to lend a hand.
