When I send an invoice via email, there is a line that says, "Your invoice is ready!" I would really like to change the exclamation point to a period. Ideas?

When I send an invoice via email, there is a line that says, "Your invoice is ready!" I would really like to change the exclamation point to a period. Ideas?

I'll help you change the exclamation point to a period when sending an invoice to your customer through email.

 

We can modify the messages in your invoices when sending them via email by customizing your default invoice form style in the Emails section. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Custom form styles below the Your Company column.
  2. Look for the default invoice in your list. Then, click Edit below the Action column.
  3. Hover your mouse to the Emails section.
  4. Go to the Message to customer below and edit it up.
  5. Once done changing the punctuation mark, click Done to save it.
