How long does it take to not be in beta?! It's been a long time. Your response said over a year ago the late fee function would be coming in a few months!

No, it's is not available to all users. Please see the previous thread. It's a not available because it's only in beta, and it's been in beta for a long time. My question is when will it be available to all users?

Is this STILL in Beta? More than two years is a ridiculous long product life cycle!

I do not have that section
Thank you for chiming in back on the thread, cleansweep. To better assist you, do you have QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self Employed? These are two separate products that we offer. However, if you are using QuickBooks Online, I recommend performing these browser troubleshooting steps.
Solution 1: Try logging in using private browsing. This method ensures that the browser would not be able to store cookies, history, or any form of data that could cause issues.
Once logging on, go back to the Account Setting and verify if you can turn on the late payment feature. If you are able to do it, this means that you would need to clear your cache.
Solution 2: Clear cache. Overtime collection of data from frequent page visits can cause corruption of data. Clearing cache and cookies will remove those corruptions, allowing the page to load a clean copy. Depending on the browser you have, follow this link to clear those cache.
I will be looking out for your response. Until then, take care and be safe!
