You can search for and review payment records, deposits, and fees from the Activity & Reports screen in your Merchant Service Center.
Here's how to search for transactions:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- In your top menu bar, go to Activity & Reports, then Transactions.
- Use the Dates ▼ drop-down list to specify a timeframe. You can filter any six-month period in your last 12 months of records.
- If necessary, you can click Show advanced options to do a specific search using the transaction ID and expiration date of your card.
- Select Search.
While reviewing the transaction list, you can click a transaction's record to see more details about it. There's also a Gear icon on the right side of your record to Print, Reverse, etc.
You can also find fees:
- From the Activity & Reports screen, choose Fees.
- Specify a timeframe in your Dates drop-down.
- Select Search.
To print a report or export its data as a CSV file, use the Print of Export options.
