Where can I download an ACH form to pass to my customers to fill out?

Good luck, not sure if you noticed that this thread started September of 2021 and well, here we are without access to the form still.

If you still have time I suggest you look for a different option than Quickbooks, this thread is just one of many examples of the service lack of actual support there is with this company.

Let me guide you on where you can download an ACH form, Crystal.

You'll have to log in to your Merchant Services account to download the forms. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Home page, click the Create a Recurring Payment link.
  2. Hover your mouse at the bottom part, then click the signed authorization hyperlink. Once done, you'll be able to access and download the ACH form.

Furthermore, learn how you can process when using QuickBooks Payments. I've added this link to show you more information: Take and Process Payments with QuickBooks Payments.

Reply to your comment below if you have any questions or concerns about the ACH form. I'll be here to assist you further.

Where can I download an ACH form to pass to my customers to fill out?

I am enthralled with this thread, it just dumbfounds me how something that would take less than 5 minutes to correct keeps getting the most unhelpful replies to customer requests.

Thanks so much for describing the multiple steps it takes to access the form that Quickbooks requires we have on file. Why in the world any of us would think we should be able to access it from the link provided by Quickbooks is insanity.

You actually went to the site, found the PDF and posted a SCREENSHOT of it. Why wouldn't you just link the actual PDF to the post?
and then have the nerve to send a link marketing Quickbook payments.
Since I can't seem to be able to sign in to add attachments, while at the same time already being logged in, here's a link to one.
