Let me guide you on how to access the Tag age in QuickBooks Online (QBO), kjcearns-askevin.
To get insights from tags, we'll need to go to the Account and Settings page and click the Tags under the Lists section. Here's how:
Then, you can run reports for tag groups to see how tagged transactions are performing. Let me show you how:

Is there a reason why they removed the Tags quicklink from the bookmarks menu, though? We use the Tags system extensively, and it's kind of mean that they randomly removed it as a menu option.
Hello there, @FeltzTire. I understand that accessing tags directly in the bookmarks menu will save you more time.
Currently, the tags can be accessible in the Gear icon. For now, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague.
Meanwhile, you can make necessary changes in your bookmarks menu to add a feature you use most. Check out this article to learn what you can add and hide: Understand the navigation menu in QuickBooks Online.

Well that's kind of the issue here, though.
For almost an entire year (possibly longer), the link to the Tags page was a selectable option we could choose to include on the customizable bookmarks tab on the QBO menu... but they removed as an option in the latest update with no explanation as to why.
Not that it's impossible to find in the current build, but it gives the impression that it was either an accidental oversight by the design team, or that they're intentionally trying to hide the feature for some reason.
This really need to be fixed.. WHY would you change things and make them worse... Clearly everyone wants TAGS back in the menu where they belong.
I can imagine your challenges with the absence of the Tags feature in the Bookmarks menu, pettytheft. I appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to my attention.

Hi ReymondO
Thank for taking time a reply.
I will preferred a reply saying that TAG issue was resolve, but that hasn't been the case for couple month now.
Sorry to be blunt or straight on the next question, Did QB will really resolve the TAG issue or they are just staling until we give up and stop asking??????
If fixing the issue is too complicate or damage another important system function and doesn't worth the trouble, because the amount of affected customer is too small, I can understand it, But please said it so and don't stall. So we know were we stand.
Sorry to be straight.
Hello there, ghm. Please know that this is not the experience we want you to have while utilizing the service.
As mentioned above, asking for an IT professional's help is the best way to approach this until the investigation is resolved.
After contacting our support team and adding you to the list of affected users, you will receive email updates while our engineers work to fix the problem. We appreciate your patience during this time.
In the meantime, you can use this as a workaround.

Tags stopped working after I deleted a bill.
I talked to Athena Russel on the chat, and she told me that this issue was reported last week. It's nice to find out that it was reported years ago.
Hopefully, they can fix this soon.
