Accounts payable (A/P) is a component of current liabilities, which are obligations that must be paid over the next few months.
You can find this account in the Chart of Accounts. Please take note that you need to create a bill first before you can see it on the list. To review the account, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
- Type Accounts payable (A/P) in the search bar.
- Click View register to check your transactions.
