Which app is best for employees to upload receipts to Quickbooks without giving them login privileges?

Thanks for visiting the Community. QuickBooks Online (QBO) integrates with different third-party applications, hence, we're unable to provide a specific app for your business. 

Though, I can help you search for one in our Apps Center. Check out this link to get a better comparison that suits your business needs: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home. Then, follow the steps below: 

1. Click the Sign in link in the upper right, then enter your Email or user ID and Password.
2. This will take you to the QuickBooks Apps page.
3. Enter a keyword in the Search field or use the Categories option to narrow down your query.

This will display a list of compatible apps. I'd recommend reading the Reviews section to compare the features for each app.
