Which qbo has the classes and jobs that I can use for managing my properties. I have essentials and do not see any of that.

Currently, the jobs feature isn't available in the online version. However, we can use Project to help you track the moving parts of the jobs. It is accessible using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus, Advanced, and Accountant versions. If you'd like to use this feature, you may consider upgrading.

Additionally, we'll have to turn on the class feature in your QBO account. This way, we can set up and track your transactions by class.

Here's how to turn it on:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Select the Categories edit pencil icon.
5. Turn on Track classes and locations.
6. Hit Save and then Done.

Jobs feature is only available in QB Desktop. You have to use QBO Plus or Advanced to manage Class Tracking. Keep in mind, the discounted rate is not applicable when upgrading your plan.
