Which scanners are being used to attach documents to ACCOUNTANT DESKTOP QB files?

You can choose any scanners as long as it's a TWAIN-compliant. 

 

After that, you'll have to set up and use QuickBooks Scan Manager so you'll be able to scan your documents and add them to your transactions, accounts, customer names, vendor names, employee names, other names, and inventory items. 

 

These files will be saved in the same folder as your company file.

 

First, create your scan profile from the Company menu. Then, set up and test your scanner using the profile that you've created. Once all is successful, you can now scan and add documents.
