I don't know a lot about the law... But unless you can find a large group (ie Class) that's not how it works.
If there really is an issue and you've exhausted all paths of getting to a Manager that can tell you want is going on, then go find a lawyer and have them move forward. But odds are they'll tell you it's just you, no "Class" involved. Hope they get the issue resolved for you.
