May I know what page or tab you’ve seen those incorrectly displaying invoices on? This will help me get on the same page to provide a timely solution.
I've replicated this on my end to check if we have the same results. I’ve verified that the overdue invoice transactions show up fine.
In the meantime, let’s use a private browser to access your QuickBooks account. This doesn't retain local files, so this helps rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
- For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N
If this works, you’ll need to clear the browser's cache to avoid experiencing strange behavior when using QuickBooks. By doing this, it’ll remove the history in your default browser, so you can start with a clean slate. You can also switch to other supported browsers as alternatives.
