Hello there, james-jessieann.

QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) automatically categorizes your other business-related transactions (e.g. Uniforms) as Other business expenses. That excludes charitable and political contributions.

To view them, let's go to the Category column to view the list of the other categories under Other business expenses. I'll guide you how.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Select the Transactions menu.
  3. Click any category under the Category column.
  4. Select Other essentials.
  5. You'll get the list under Results.

I've attached screenshots below for your reference.

For the complete list of the "Other business expenses" category, you can check out this article: Schedule C: Other business expenses.

I recommend visiting this article: QuickBooks Self-Employed Schedule C Categories breakdown. You'll learn more about where the different accounts appear on various reports, such as Tax Summary.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
