Allow me to lend a hand and ensure you can record receipts in your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
We can fix this unexpected behavior you are experiencing in your account by doing some troubleshooting.
Let's start by logging in to your account using a private browser. Here's how:
- Google Chrome, CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Once done, try to upload a receipt. If everything looks good, you can now clear your browser's cache.
Follow the steps below:
- Open Chrome.
- Click More.
- Choose More Tools, then Clear browsing data.
- Add a time range. Select All time to delete everything.
- Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Select Clear data.
If you're still getting the same issue, you can try another option by forwarding the receipt images from your device.
