Why can I not customize my report by month?

Could you clarify which report you're trying to pull up? If you mean Profit and Loss report, you can filter the Report Period in the Profit and Loss by Month page to view data by month without clicking the Customize tab.

Here's how:

1. Hover over the Reports, then select Standard reports.
2. Search for Profit and Loss by month in the search bar.
3. From the dropdown menu under the Report period, select the specific timeframe.
