Hi there, @volin1936. The Reports feature is a crucial aspect of managing your business and reviewing your financial data, and I want to make sure you are able to access all parts of it without issue. Let’s troubleshoot this by refreshing the page and logging out, then back into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to reset the session.
Sometimes, when QBO is open for an extended period or if there’s a brief system hiccup, certain features stop responding. We can click the refresh icon or press F5 (on Windows) or Command-R (on Mac) to reload the QuickBooks page.

Once the page reloads, check to see if the Reports tab opens. If the issue persists, sign out of your QBO account completely. Wait a few moments, then reconnect by signing back in.
Furthermore, this article provides more details on personalizing your reports based on the data you need: Customize Reports in QuickBooks.
This simple reset often fixes issues and restores access to the Reports tab. If the tab still doesn’t open after trying these steps, please let me know by clicking the Reply button below. I’ll be back in a flash to help you explore other fixes. Take care and have a great weekend.
