Why can't I connect QBO and Time?

I have QBO and QB Time (previously T-Sheets). They somehow have 2 different Company IDs. They were synced before, but now they are not, and I cannot get them integrated. I've been on several different chats with QB Support, and no one can help. I've tried going through QBO, Apps, getting the Time App, and nothing. I click subscribe and nothing happens. I need a good tech person to help me with this please!

Before we start, please share with me the troubleshooting steps you've done so far while on chat with our Live Support Team. That way, I can provide another solution so you won't have to go through the same steps again.

Why can't I connect QBO and Time?

Thank you for your email. I have spent hours with online chat support. They had me identify the 2 different Company IDs which could be the problem. I started with T Sheets a few years ago. I changed my company from a Sole Prop to an LLC. Perhaps this is also part of the problem. They had me go into QBO and try to get the QB Time app. I tried to sign up for Time from within QBO, and nothing happens. I’ve tried several times, and no one thus far has been able to help me.

Thank you for providing the details of your process so far. We definitely want to help you get your QBO and QBTime integrated again. We've already referred this to a higher tier. 

 

We've seen that you have spent time with our support team. At this time, your best option would be to reach out to our QuickBooks Time Support team.This way, they can also double-check what needs to be done on their end and help you with the integration process.

 

However, if you're still having issues even if you've already contacted QuickBooks Time Support, you can always get back to us and let us know the status so we can start with the next steps.
