Not sure if my other response came through but basically on QuickBooks it doesn’t show that the payment or return was declined, but it shows right now that the current purchase is still pending.I bought a laptop two days ago, trying to return the laptop at an Apple Store when I do the return, it says that it’s not authorized And it’s declined to allow me to return to the same card that I purchased on. Not sure why I can’t do the return.

QuickBooks payment with green dot is horrendous. They can’t help me for 2 to 3 days because they need to check things. I just wanted to return an item I bought. Needless to say I won’t be keeping QuickBooks once they fix it and if they don’t then it will be a $3400 issue because QuickBooks won’t let me just return something to a store. Wild, as I’ve never seen a card not let me just return something.
