Hello there, suzannek1. Let's work together and perform troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue you're experiencing with selecting more than one customer when creating a statement in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The problem you're experiencing may be due to an issue with your computer or device's connection to the QBO servers, or it could be related to browser issues.
To isolate this, you can access your QuickBooks account through a private browsing window to see if it's a browser-related issue. You can use the following shortcut keys to access incognito mode:
If this resolves the issue, you can clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different supported browser.
Moreover, you can refer to this article for guidance on personalizing and adding specific info to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to reach out if you have further questions about selecting customers when creating a statement. I'm here to assist you. Have a great day.
I can click on this morning but it is saying that only one has a statement for that date. But that is not true. shouldn't it pull all the open invoices for the ones i clicked on if they are still open today?
Seems it will only pull one at a time. This needs to be put back into reports and function like it used to.
and what is the purpose of a statement list??? I need statements not a list!!!!!!!!!!!
