Hi there, jake.

We want to help you with your concern about the transfer fee you're referring to from QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, we need more information about your process for transferring the amounts. This is to provide the correct resolution and to sort this out.

I'll wait for your response to get this sorted out. I’m just a few clicks away.

So I guess this is exactly my concern. There should be absolutely no scenario in which I'm moving my own money and then a $232 "Inuit transferring fee" appears.

$1000 went to a savings, $1500 to my tax envelope in QB, $1000 to my business savings and $500 to another rainy day envelope in QB. that's all that happened. later that day, 8pm I see a $-232.50 charge that self categorized as an expense.

I just unmatched it and looked at it again and now it's calling itself a quickbooks payments : Fee name: DiscountRateFee, Fee Type: Daily

Any ideas?

I don't know what information to give you.

Just now I unmatched the transaction and the description changed too "System Recorded Fee for Quickbooks Payments. Fee name: DiscountRateFee, fee type: daily."

Any ideas?
