I would suggest you review the Audit Log. This tool shows changes that are made within an account.
To use Audit log.
Here's how:
You need to sign in as the Primary Admin user to access the audit log. Ask your primary admin if you are not.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Audit Log.
- Click Filter.
- Go to the Filter option to select User, Date, or Events to narrow the results.
- Select Apply.
