Why does it take 45 minutes on hold to talk with customer service?
It's April and I've been waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone at Intuit. I'm about to give up, but don't want to take that much time out of my day again. There is no excuse for this from a company like Intuit. I would not recommend this company and I've been using them for 20 years. I'm done
