Quickbooks is removing billed tax items from our invoices when customers pay online.

Why does the automated sales tax not working and self correcting our invoices to remove tax.

Yes, in the desktop version we had to create a custom tax for each county.  Now quickbooks told us with the online version to use the "Based on Location", but it is now generating $0 tax randomly and we have to go troubleshoot what happened to the Sales tax liabilities.....  so we find them and have to then change it to the old custom tax to get it to work.  then we have to manually calculate the liabilities on the report, which is a big hassle.

 

Now I found that the Sales tax liability report is miss categorizing $15,825.03 as non taxable and it should be taxable.  The exported data in an excel spreadsheet is correct, but not one of the online supports will listen and take a look at the report....  We need a programmer to look at how the report is pulling the data form the database and creating the report.  It is not the data entry as they like to imply, as the exported data is correct.

 

Attached is a screenshot from QBO the red is the error.  The 2 shots below are from excel export sorted by the count taxable and non taxable.  The totals for each are far right second row down.
