This way our engineers can add your account information to the list of affected users and attach your case to the INV-64028. Any progress will be communicated via email.
For now, as a workaround, I'd suggest pressing F5 on our keyboard to refresh the page and immediately select the customize button before any other option. This will allow you to customize the report right away.

1. Click the Help (?) icon.

2. Choose Contact Us.

3. Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk.

4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call.

You can memorize the report to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
