Welcome to the Community page. I can share with you some steps on how to add the complete message when sending estimates to your customers.

 

When sending estimates, the characters you can add under the Message displayed on estimate box are limited. The good news is, you can either enter your complete text on the Description column or add it on the body of the email.

Consider having a 3rd party app to send an estimate with an engagement letter. Once your client approved it, the app will generate an invoice automatically.
