Why doesn't a sent invoice appear on list?

I sent two invoices and received copies of the emails, but they do not appear in the list of Invoices. Why? Or how to I fix it?

Why doesn't a sent invoice appear on list?

If your sent invoices aren't appearing in your invoices list, adjusting the filters usually brings them back into view.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Get paid menu and select Invoices.
  2. In the Status dropdown, change it to All.
  3. Check the Date filter and set it to All Dates to ensure it’s not hidden by a specific timeframe.

 

If the two invoices still don't appear after updating the filters, a quick round of browser troubleshooting can help rule out the display or caching issues.

 

  • Refresh the page or press F5 to clear minor browser issues.
  • Confirm your internet connection is stable and close any extra tabs to improve performance.
  • Log out and sign back in to your QuickBooks Online to give the session a clean reset.
  • Try another up-to-date, supported browser, or open QuickBooks in a private/incognito window to rule out cached issues.
