Why don’t my receipts forward from the email verified address

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, @paguilar1.


To fix this, let's first make sure that the registered email you use is working. Once confirmed, let's now check your setup. Here's how:

  1. Click the profile icon and then Receipt forwarding.
  2. Follow the onscreen steps. You may need to verify the email address via text message.
  3. Review the Your receipts must be sent from field. Use this email address to send emails to QuickBooks.
  4. Select the Email me when QuickBooks receives a receipt checkbox if you want to know when QuickBooks starts scanning your receipts.
  5. Select Done.

However, if the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They can further investigate the root cause of the issue and help fix it for you. Let me guide you on how:


  1. Select Assistant from the top bar.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Why don’t my receipts forward from the email verified address.
  3. If you want to connect with us directly, type or say “Talk to a human.”
  4. Then, choose either Message an agent or Get a callback
