Why is my logo not showing up? Quickbooks online simple start When I attempt to upload a logo, the screen on the web page gets darker as if a Lightbox were appearing

Had a logo uploaded, then it disappeared and was replaced by a small blue box with a question mark. Upon inspecting and trying to upload a new logo, the screen becomes dark and unresponsive.

You'll have to log in to your QuickBooks Online account on the blacked-out (Incognito) window. This window doesn't store any browsing history, thus helping the page load faster. If you can upload the logo on this page, you may continue working on your QuickBooks account on a regular browser. 

 

If you can't still upload the logo, you can use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge to isolate the issue further.

 

If the steps above don't work, I suggest contacting our Phone Support team so we can investigate why you're unable to upload a logo previously.

Thank you for the response, but that did not work. Do I just press those 3 buttons when on the blacked out page? What would the next option be?
