Why is quickbooks online deleting checks that I voided?

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect with us.

Wow - so you have other complaints about the same issue? Intuit created the problem as I haven't had it occur since I started using QuickBooks in the late 1990s. Yet I need to waste more of my time explaining a problem that you understand, your developers created and you are unwilling to resolve?
