Also, whenever you clear transactions from the register, you'll want to ensure to click the Save button for the changes to apply inside your company file. In the audit log, I see Sep 14, 2023 7:33am "user" System Administration "events" changed settings. This is being done at QuickBooks. Why are you changing my settings?
This started happening a couple months ago. I went back in cleared items going back to 1/1/2023 and now most are uncleared. This hadn't happened in 2021 or 2022.

To clarify, did you try the web browser troubleshooting steps my colleague shared above? If not, I encourage you to give that a shot. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time, these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like cleared items showing as not cleared.
