One reason why you can't see the preliminary page in the Table of Contents is that the title is left blank. Another one is because it’s set as hidden.
To ensure the preliminary page will populate, you can follow these steps:
- Go to Reports and choose the Management reports tab.
- Click the Management report.
- Scroll down to the Preliminary pages.
- Enter the title in the Page 1 field.
- Hover your cursor over the Preliminary pages in the left panel and ensure that the eye icon doesn't have a horizontal line. If so click the icon to unhide the page.
- Click Save and Close.
